"The food and ambiance at this restaurant are fantastic, and I really enjoy visiting because it feels like a cozy hideaway where I can escape from the outside world. The staff are always friendly and down-to-earth, which adds to the experience. However, during my last visit, I learned something disheartening while leaving a tip: the employees do not actually receive the tips at all. Whether you leave cash in the tip jar or add a tip on your credit card, it seems that all of it goes directly to the restaurant. This is a terrible practice that doesn't encourage staff to take pride in their service and leaves them feeling undervalued. It's really disappointing to discover this, and I feel compelled to say shame on the owners for this policy!"
