"I've been having a wicked craving for chicken parmesan lately so I decided to stop here for lunch on my way home from a doctor's appointment. This restaurant has a very casual and relaxed environment. You order at a counter (cafeteria style) and carry your own food to your table on a tray. That said, they are happy to help if need be. I'm a stroke survivor who only has use of one hand and when the guy behind the cast register saw that it would be a struggle for me, he very generously offered to carry my food to my table for me. I can't tell you how nice it is have someone offer versus having to ask. As for the food, the chicken parmesan is not like any other chicken parmesan I've had. It's not breaded at all and the sauce is poured on over the cheese. I wasn't sure what to expect at first but it's absolutely delicious. Much healthier without all that breading too. If you're looking for a fast, casual, and delicious place to stop for a meal, look no further, Monte Carlo/Pinocchio's is here."
