"Their food is great, however I had an extremely inappropriate interaction with the woman working at the front. I was there to pick up a door dash order and had been there waiting for quite some time- so when an order came out to the table with a sign that says “this order is for delivery driver” I walked over to check if it was my customer’s. This woman began yelling at me “maam! ma’am! That is for the restaurant’s delivery driver, the sign says it right there! Sit down and we’ll let you know when your order is ready!”I apologized for the clearly innocent misunderstanding and sat back down.She then proceeded to slam the kitchen door and continue profanity’s about me as if I couldn’t hear. When the correct order came out, I thanked her and wished her a nice evening and she passive aggressively did not respond.If i had started going through the bag of food to see what was in there- then sure, raising your voice might be appropriate.This interaction was just so unprofessional and inappropriate and it made me not want to order food from here anymore. Felt the need to write a review and maybe this person will consider taking a deep breathe before speaking to a customer like that again."
