"Tandoori Eats is the first Indian restaurant I 've ever been to, and I had a great experience. It 's embarrassing to say, but the only experience I had with Indian cuisine previously was the frozen butter chicken from Trader Joe 's, so I was pretty keen on trying the ~real~ deal. To put it simply, Tandoori Eats blew me away. The restaurant itself is in a very unassuming location, adjacent to a mini mart. Upon walking in, I was welcomed by melancholic piano music and the pleasant aroma of Indian spices. The space had a very cozy mom and pop vibe, definitely authentic and appears to be family owned. We ordered plain naan, garlic naan, basmati rice, and butter chicken everything was the perfect amount to share between two people. They offer three spice levels for the butter chicken, and we went with Mild, but I think I would go with Medium next time. The butter chicken sauce was as the name denotes so buttery, rich, and had a hint of sweetness. Although it certainly wasn 't lacking in flavor, I think an extra kick (Medium spice) would take it to another level. The chicken was also super soft and tender. My only gripe was the garlic naan, which I found underwhelming because you barely taste the garlic, making the additional $1 from the plain naan difficult to justify. Overall though, the prices are great for the portion sizes $30 for everything! Service was also great, I 'll definitely be coming back here.EDIT: Since first writing this review, I have gone again multiple times and can 't say I 've had a bad experience! They have been super consistent and the food holds up super well when doing takeout/delivery. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
