"Placed order through mobile. 20 mins later I arrived at the store, paid, and was told ?we are working on it?. Waiting 20 more minutes before saying if my order is almost done. Again ?we are now finishing it up?. Waiting 20 more minutes and asked if it?sdone because it?s been a full hour since the order was placed. Turns out it?s been done and they just stuffed it on their shelfwith many more bags. Not only was the food cold I missed out on taking my girlfriend some lunch since she works grave yardshifts. The service was horrible since I got there to when I left with the cold food."

"I came in today to order wings and the time was 7:20 pm at August 12-Saturday. The worker told us that they will not be accepting any more order because they are short staff there were 3 workers). I understand that it is unfortunate but 4 hours andhalf to not accept order since they're store close at 12 , I feel was excessive. Also the last 2 times I visited last month ,they're machine was not working and only accepted cash that happened prior mont h). Bad service overall ."
