"I visited the drive-thru at 9:30 PM and the staff seemed reluctant to take my order. They never mentioned they were closing, but when I pointed it out, another employee finally came to the speaker. However, after I placed my order, there was complete silence on their end. I kept trying to get their attention, saying "hello," until they finally acknowledged me.
When I went to pay, my total was $28.06, but I handed over $29. The girl just walked away without giving me my change. To make a long story short, I had to call the police that night to help me retrieve my money because they provided me with a receipt that showed a lower amount. The staff argued with me, telling me I was being unreasonable and laughed at me at the window. When the police arrived, the employees even lied about the amount.
I genuinely believe there's a problem with their handling of money. I plan to reach out to the franchise owner to discuss this issue. My advice to anyone is to always check your receipt and make sure you receive your change when you place an order."
