"To kick off our Pizza Trials, we decided to stick with a classic cheese pizza. We ordered the 18-inch New York style pizza, which came sliced into wedges as is customary. It was really good! It struck the perfect balance—not too cheesy and not overly greasy (just the right amount for an authentic NY slice). The crust was excellent and had a nice flavor on its own.
We also shared a salad with Caesar dressing. While some of the lettuce was a bit brown, it was a Sunday, so I assume they hadn’t had a fresh delivery over the weekend. We'll give the salad another try during the week since it wasn't a major issue.
With a couple of leftover slices, the pizza reheated nicely in the microwave at the office for lunch the next day.
The only confusion we encountered at Pies Guys was whether to order at the window at the back of the restaurant or if table service was available, as it was self-seating on the day we visited.
Overall, I would rate it a solid 10/10 and would definitely go back! As for parking, the lot is on the smaller side and was pretty full on a Sunday evening (a good sign of a busy place). I'm not sure if the Rent-a-Center next door minds if people park there after hours."
