"Pretty disappointing. Happened to be in the neighborhood at dinner time and realized we hadn 't been to RR in a long time (years). We remembered big, creative and tasty burgers and plates filled with hot, crispy fries. Not so much. Burgers were pretty much tasteless (as was my wife 's margarita) and much smaller than the old days. Crispy onion strings that were supposed to be on top of one burger were a lump of onion mush underneath the patty instead. Fries came out cold and sparse. The place was pretty dirty on a Sunday night, with no manager to be seen (even after we sent the onion mush burger back). Service was fine otherwise, but the whole experience was a solid meh. Too bad...I guess it will be several years before we try RR again."

"Located right next to the Loves travel center, we found this little Chem. It was surprisingly nice. I say surprisingly, for from the outside, it really doesn't look like much. Once inside it changes. It's pleasant, and the service was great. The portions are large, and the food is very flavorful I will definitely revisit when in the area"

"The food was absolutely awful; I couldn't even finish it. The chicken appeared to have been left out all day, yet it was served hot as if they had simply thrown some old, dry chicken into a saucepan. I was extremely disappointed. The only somewhat decent item was the egg roll we ordered alongside it. I would give this experience a 0/10 and definitely do not recommend it!"

"I absolutely love a buffet, especially a Chinese buffet. The Eastern Buffet in Niles Ohio (by the Eastwood Mall) is one of my favorites. I like this particular restaurant because I’ve always had a good dining experience here. The Buffet is always well kept and clean, the staff is always tending to it. The buffet itself has a nice offering of popular Chinese “comfort” food as well as American comfort food. It has a nice salad bar, awesome dessert bar sushi roll bar. Everything from the buffet is amazing tasty, there is something for everyone. I also enjoy how quickly you are greeted sat at your table or booth. My waitress quickly got my drink order directed me to the buffet. When I returned my drinks silverware were waiting for me. She would come and check on me every few minutes to top off my drink or take away my dirty plates. I really enjoy dining here and will continue to enjoy a solid buffet experience. If you love a great Chinese buffet, you must give this place a try."
