"It's been a long time since I've experienced such poor service and mediocre food. I ordered for delivery, and it took over an hour to arrive. When it finally got here, one of the main courses was not securely closed, causing the entire bag to be soaked in sauce. The salmon was extremely dry and overcooked, and the sushi was subpar at best. To top it off, when we called to place our order, the woman on the phone was yelling at us and at other customers in the restaurant. Her English was limited, and while it's understandable if someone doesn't speak the language well, she should not be the one handling phone orders if she doesn't understand. We were visiting Ithaca for the weekend, and everywhere else we went was incredibly nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience here left a bad impression and tarnished what had otherwise been a wonderful trip to Ithaca."
