"My name is Darrah Madang, and I used the ATM on the morning of November 3, 2023. I was supposed to withdraw $160.00, but the machine only dispensed $80.00. I spoke with a representative in the store who informed me that this issue occurs frequently and advised me to wait 24 hours. However, the money hasn’t been credited back to my card. I also talked to the manager, Tonya, who mentioned that Sonoco doesn't own the ATM. I asked her for information on the owner of the machine, but she was not helpful. The number listed on the ATM is also unhelpful. I requested that she review the surveillance footage, as it would show me withdrawing the cash and counting it—there were only four twenty-dollar bills, and I have my receipt as proof. I urgently need to know who owns this machine because I want my money back. I work hard for my earnings, and I will be contacting the BBB, OSHA, and DHEC regarding this location."
