"Made the mistake and went to this place tonight! The guy at the counter was so rude! I asked him why my total was so much and he really told me.. you ordered 2 meals.. instead of explaining what the plates cost. Apparently, I should have known it's a $2.50 up charge for rice instead of fries. The food wasn't flavorful.. the piece of fish I got didn't seem cooked all the way through. I wasted $27 and should've eaten noodles at home! Also, the inside of the restaurant isn't too welcoming. I'd try someplace else. This is not it!"

"I should have taken pictures of my purchase but didn't think about it. I ordered a 6 piece lake trout from Hawk's Fish and BBQ on Williamsburg Rd due to hearing that they had good fish. I can't deny that the lake trout was good so that's not the issue. The problem is that I received 3 fish which were the size that you would expect lake trout to be 2 maybe medium and 3 little tiny fish that I have no idea what they were. I was a distracted because a tanker had pulled up behind my car and I was trying to see if he would pull out by the time I was ready to leave so I didn't check my food and they didn't show me what I had, which most seafood places usually do. I was very disappointed to see what I had when I got home and I don't live in the area so I made myself satisfied. I ate 2 fish and gave the remainder away. I don't like to give bad reviews but Hawk's need to do better because my family obviously haven't been getting punked like I was. I won't make that mistake again."
