"Very disappointed they didn't even have a menu up on the menu board what prices on it I ordered it two pieces of chicken a breast and a thigh with a biscuit and a side of coleslaw and it was $9.99 I find that hard to believe. And I couldn't tell the prices because there's no menu so thank you to charge me anything they wanted to be honest I've gotten two pieces of chicken from there before with the side and a biscuit for 799 and it wasn't on the special very disappointed chicken was dry also"

"This has always been my favorite place for fast food fried chicken, and this visit was no different. My spicy all-white chicken was served hot and juicy, the red beans were perfectly cooked (they can be dry sometimes), and the biscuit was just as delicious as ever."

"Ordered a side of mashed potatoes with gravy. My husband had the employee repeat our meal three times! When we got home there was no mashed potatoes with gravy. Being that gas is high and we were all the way settled we were not about to drive all the wayback after just leaving to get some mashed potatoes. I called the restaurant and Justin couldn?t do anything for theinconvenience but offer me what I rightfully paid for and that was a hassle. He said ?well you get to keep the macaroni?? (theMac n cheese that was paid for every single one. Why wouldn?t I get to keep that? No. We?re talking about the red beans n ricethat nobody want! I would throw it away for all I care I?m allergic."

"popeye’s has really excellent spicy fried huh, but this load is pretty hit and miss. they are often serving chickens that have been sitting since a dam, and I have made specifically ask for freshly made chicken. If I wanted normal hunch, I would have gone too kfc. update: another disappointment, lukewarm non-spicy huh. So I asked for a replacement and read that I had to wait 15-20 minutes. do they really leave the bun for this long without making fresh batches?"

"Terribly slow service with a side of invetory issues and poor customer service. If you go to this location prepared to wait an hour+ for poorly cooked food, mid at best. If you happen to be lucky and get in line with only a couple cars in front of you, it will still be 30+ mins guaranteed. This visit i had the pleasure of ordering my food, paying, then being told they are out of multiple products. Forget confronting them about it, the staff appears cluttered with multiple younger people all just standing around. Clear mismanagement with a lack of customer service training. Go to any other popeyes or better yet the nearest dumpster for better food and service."

"My experience was terrible. My godfather ordered three spicy chicken tenders, but instead, he received a three-piece meal. I noticed that the cashier, named Jonathan, was wearing AirPods, which likely caused him to mishear orders. It seemed like he didn't care at all. Make sure to always check your food and ask for your receipt. I also saw him mixing up orders for other customers, which is just unprofessional."

"I stopped in Aiken, SC on my way to Atlanta at 9 PM, and it was a fantastic choice. The food was perfect—everything was hot and fresh, and I couldn't complain about anything. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Ms. Jamia took our order and was very kind and patient as we changed our minds several times.
