"I was a usual customer but hadn’t had the time recently to purchase again until today. The staff came across as moody. I ordered a milk tea no boba and instead got a blended tea. I instantly, without leaving the store, asked why I got a tea that was thick. She insisted I said I wanted blended when I’ve never ordered a blended tea in my life. I felt like I had to beg to have my tea changed. Then it wasn’t the best milk tea either.Horrible customer service. They must have been having a bad day to accuse a customer who hadn't even left the store yet. I was also in a rush to head back to class. Why would I waste anyone else's time over a almond milk tea? I only needed to get what I asked and paid for. But no worries Ding tea Brandon is where i prefer anyway. Lesson learned."
