"I did not want to believe the countless bad reviews on this place so I decided to order,.What I got in return was rotten tasting mashed potatoes and a wrong side order.I LOVE crowned fried chicken franchise but this location is one of the few that ruins the name of it..Please, all you have to do is put labels on everything and keep track of their last usable date and their temperature to prevent poisoning someone with food,.and when you cook something use the thermometer to KNOW it has hit 165°FAny chicken or stuffed item has to be 165°FFish and shelfish 145°FDon't touch ready to eat food with bare hands, clean your hands first or put Clean gloves.Don't use dirty gloves to pick up the phone or anything else besides the first thing you touchedReady to eat cold vegetables at 41°F 55°FAny ready to eat hot held food at 135°F for only 4 6 hours max.Just DO IT take your job seriouslyGet a thermometer and every hour go around and temp check everything, if it's been an hour fix the temperature problem, if it's been 2 hours THROW IT AWAY..When you fry the chicken USE THE STOPWATCH 15 minutes THEN check with thermometer for 165°F.When you make the mashed potatoes heat up that milk and butter real good and slowly add the potato mix While its in the fire, don't heat up the milk then take it off and put it in another container to mix it's gonna get cold and not cook properly!!!!.And if you don't like and hate your job QUIT AND GET A NEW ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
