"I usually enjoy this place, especially because the woman at the front is very nice. However, when she’s not there, it seems like they forget to include extra lime and basil in my order. One time, I specifically asked for extra lime and basil and received none at all. Tonight, I asked again for the same extras, but once again didn’t receive anything. I didn’t want to complain because I’m tired of having to remind them for extra lime and basil. It feels like understanding these requests must be challenging for them, as if "extra lime" and "basil" are complicated terms!"
