"Very disappointed. I waited over 20 minutes for my dine in food. I proceeded to go to the front to either ask for my food or for a manager to get a refund. The response I got from Sheila was “well there’s a lot of orders and all the managers are busy”. I asked the cashier that was in the front that I needed a manager and she responded with “I’m sorry they’re busy and I just work here”. 2 other customers got up after me and went to the front to ask for a refund because their food was also taking long. That’s when the manager appeared and gave me a refund. I am extremely disappointed with this location. Very poor customer service."

"Never a hassle at Chick-fil-A, the best service in town and I mean who else can make a chicken sandwich this good? Always friendly staff ready to take your order with ease. I can't stress enough how good the employees are at their job man. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my food. I'll always be a regular here. Thank you Chick-fil-A"
