"We live in the neighborhood and always dine at this restaurant! I usually order the drunken noodles or red curry, while my boyfriend tries a different dish each time because they are all so delicious. However, tonight I had my favorite drunken noodles with extra veggies, and unfortunately, they were overcooked and mushy. The restaurant was quite busy on a Friday night, which might explain the issue as they were managing many orders at once. Since we are regulars and have always had great experiences, we decided to call and let them know. They kindly offered for us to choose another dish, either the same one or something different, and come pick it up whenever we wanted, no questions asked! This is a fantastic place, and I will always recommend it. The food is amazing, and the service is even better!"
