"I cannot lie about this place. I had a doordash delivery going to Fondren. Whatever they ordered smelled like gold in the air. It filled my car and I cut my Dashing shift short and went back and got dinner. When just the smell makes you say, ok I'm gonna go spend some cash then you know it's good. The food was fresh, the rice cooked perfect not over cooked. It's right where you can buy authentic gourmet soy sauce (Which there IS a difference) .. Every single thing I can say is, go there and if you don't love your meal I will pay for it."

"We visited this restaurant for the first time on Friday, and we were not disappointed. My friend and I enjoyed our meal together. The broth was tasty, although it could have benefited from a touch more seasoning. The cheese rangoons were delightful, and the calamari had a great flavor, though it was a bit chewier than I expected. The Dragon Roll was also excellent. We both ordered the Triple, which was delicious, and the meat was incredibly tender. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and I would definitely go back – my friend feels the same way!"

"First, the soup was decent until we found a metal string in it. It was clearly from a dish scrubber, as we have the same ones at home. We stopped eating the soup immediately. Next, the Singapore noodles were a letdown. I had asked for them to be extra spicy, but they had no kick at all and looked like they had been reheated, possibly after being prepared for someone else who didn't want them. As for the tofu, it tasted completely off. I'm not sure if they were experimenting with a new recipe or cutting corners, but it certainly didn’t have the same flavor we've come to expect over the years. We've been loyal patrons since childhood, and it's disheartening to feel that we won't be returning after this. We won’t be requesting a refund; we’re just disappointed. Rice Box can keep the money from last night."
