"that is martha's husband who uses her email. the golden dragon has been our favorite place for Chinese for years. eating was always good. my eating was as usual good, but a part in her teller found my wife a hair. her appetit was lost and she could not eat anymore. that can happen in any restaurant, but I suppose most companies would show some concern and perhaps apologize for the ruined meal. the plate with the hairs was shown the waitress who took the plate away after she had held it up to her face as if she could not see the hair. she said she was sorry. on payment at the front no one has mentioned the problem or asked whether we enjoy our meals. when something she seemed to be quite upset about."

"My family has periodically ordered delivery from this location for several years. Absolutely never have we received a delivery that was not hot, delicious and completely accurate. We are a family of five so we order quite a lot as we look forward to leftovers for lunch the following day, so we find it impressive that they always get it right. We usually have the same delivery driver who is delightfully personable and courteous. Shamefully, I have never asked his name and have neglected to post this review for far too long. Especially now, I feel it necessary to express my appreciation for their outstanding service on every level. Highly recommended! (And thank you all so much!"

"I would not recommend this restaurant. Typically, when I choose to support a restaurant, it’s because they show appreciation for their customers. However, this place seems more focused on taking advantage of you and squeezing out every last cent. I requested my chicken wings without batter, and they charged me an extra dollar for that – which I find absurd."

"The waitress was incredibly friendly and even helped us with some menu items when we asked for assistance. Our food arrived promptly and was delicious! I had the General's chicken, which was tender, and the sauce had just the right amount of spice. I wish I had taken a photo because my salad was beautifully garnished with a decorative flower and thinly sliced carrots. It looked so nice that I almost didn’t want to eat it! The ambiance was great, the restaurant was clean, and the dining experience was perfect. My only two complaints are that the location is a bit tricky to find, and one of our fortune cookies was broken. Nonetheless, I will definitely eat here again when I’m in Hot Springs!"

"I'm leaning between 4 and 5 stars, but I'm going to give it 5 stars. I visited during a busy lunch rush around 12:15 pm on a Friday, and the place was packed with school-aged children. I had to wait about 30 minutes for my food and drink, which was unexpected. However, the customer service was exceptional. Despite the chaos with around 50 kids in a small space, the staff managed everything remarkably well. They took all the orders without missing anyone and got everything correct. I ordered takeout, and I must say, everything was delicious—the bubble tea and the fried flounder exceeded my expectations. I would likely come back at a different time or place an order ahead, but I definitely plan to return."

"Great hole in the wall establishment for Vietnamese food in the southeast side of town. Cold cut banh mi (4/5 : solid filling with all the garnishes. They used day old baguette which is perfect for Vietnamese sandwiches. Would have been better if it was heated before coming out. Banh xeo (3/5 : 2 small ones which are 5.95ea, so $11.9 for both. They're only sold in a pair. Both are filled with only bean sprouts and small shrimp, no pork belly or mung bean. The shell was a little too thick and there wasn't enough fillings to justify the price. Though they came with a big plate of veggies to pair with, which was nice. Hu tieu mi hoanh thanh (4/5 : egg noodles and rice noodles combo with wonton. I think their wontons are made in house because the size/shape are much different from the standard grocery ones. Portion is huge for the price (and with 7 wontons! Pho dac biet (3.5/5 : combination pho was a little lack luster flavor wise, but portion was generous for a small.Overall it was a decent visit if you're craving Việt food."

"The service was outstanding, and the iced tea was excellent — a must-have if you’re from the South! The prices were very reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous. Located in the Kroger shopping center right next to Town Square, they also offer delivery through Grubhub. We ordered the P3 Rare Steak Noodles, and it was incredible; the portion size was consistent with what’s shown in the photos. If you're looking for a great meal, I highly recommend checking them out. Since I work for the Southlake Town Square Management Office, I’m especially glad to have found such a wonderful place nearby. I can’t emphasize enough how fantastic both the food and service were, so definitely give them a try! Our total bill for three people, including an appetizer, came to $49, and I happily left a $10 tip because the experience was that impressive."
