"Used to order from here all the time, but today is my last. With our pick up today our food not only came sloppy with half filled containers. But we received extremely spicy food which is not listed on the online takeout menu. Our pad see-ew had jalapeños all throughout the dish and our fried rice was made spicy with red pepper flakes. We have ordered here a dozen times since it 's local, and have never experienced this. When calling with this issue, the lady on the phone argued and said you 're wrong it always comes like this and that she wouldn 't do anything. She stated the only way I 'm making you a new dish is if there 's over 2 jalapeño pieces in it .... I said you 're going to make me come there and then not remake the dish that was messed up on? She said it depends . HORRIBLE customer service. Won 't be returning. Also, don 't care considering I 'm hearing it 's a dirty restaurant."
