"This restaurant features a vibrant atmosphere and was bustling with customers when we arrived. Although there were about three waitstaff on duty, the service was rather slow. We had to wait quite a while before receiving our water, and it took even longer for our food to arrive. Thankfully, they provided complimentary side dishes, or we would have been quite hangry!
The Scallop Tofu Soup (Medium Spicy) deserved a solid 5/5. We absolutely loved it! It was served hot and spicy, bursting with delicious flavor, and they provided a raw egg to mix in, which was a nice touch.
The Seafood Pancake earned a 4/5. It was crispy and not oily at all, which I appreciated, and the sizable shrimp in the filling were a highlight. However, I felt the batter could have been thinner, and a bit more green onion would have enhanced the dish. Overall, the ingredients were somewhat lacking, except for the shrimp.
The Galbi BBQ was rated 3/5. It reminded me of Char Siew but had too much fat, making it quite oily and difficult to eat. There wasn't much meat to enjoy.
Unfortunately, the Chicken and Seafood Hot Stone Bibimbap received a disappointing 1/5. We couldn't finish it because it was overwhelmingly oily, with a pool of grease sitting under the rice. We had hoped for more vegetables, but instead found three empty oyster shells with no oysters inside. The chicken pieces were dry, and the two shrimp were not shelled or deveined, also tasting dry and possibly not fresh. Honestly, including shellfish in Bibimbap doesn’t seem like a great idea."
