"(Downtown location)My coworkers wanted to eat here, but we decided to order online pickup because they close at 2pm. We all ordered online with a 2 dollar service fee. I ordered a beef patty melt with caesar salad and an order of fries. My total came to just over 20 dollars after tax, but I was splurging because I can't afford to eat out much. We arrived 5 minutes after the pickup time and had to wait another 10 minutes or so for our food (which they packed up all together). I should have made sure it was all there, but we were hungry and eager to get back to the office. The wrong names were on the boxes we ordered, but after sorting it out, we were missing a 4 dollar order of fries. I called to see if I could come pick them up and said I could come get them or get a credit toward our next visit. I decided to go get the fries. Shortly after the call, they called me back, explaining that both orders of fries were in the same takeout box even though we placed our orders separately online. 8 dollars for a small box of fries is hard to believe. Don't get Caesar dressing... it tastes like fish paste.. overall, the salad was inedible, the patty melt was okay, and the fries portions are extremely small if they were telling us the truth and definitely not worth 8 dollars for two orders. I really wanted to like this place because it was close to work, but I don't recommend spending your money here."
