"I recently had the pleasure of trying out the new happy hour menu at Bushido in Mountain View and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. With 25% off on all sake, wine, and specialty cocktails, I couldn 't resist giving it a try.Let 's start with the new menu offerings. The oysters were absolutely divine, priced at just $2.5 each during happy hour. They were fresh, plump, and bursting with flavor. The potato fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and at $8, they were a steal. The broccolini was a delightful surprise, cooked to perfection and priced at $8.5. And if you 're a fan of spicy food, the Spicy Karaage is a must-try. At just $9, it was packed with flavor and had the perfect amount of kick.If you 're looking for a more substantial meal, I highly recommend the Yakitori Set for $15. The negima, tsukune, and gyutan skewers were all incredibly juicy and flavorful. The Temaki Set, priced at $18, is perfect for sushi lovers. The hama, sake, and toro temaki were all fresh and beautifully presented. For those craving something light and refreshing, the Summer Cold Ramen is a great choice at $19. The noodles were perfectly chilled and the broth had a delicious, tangy flavor. And if you have room for dessert, the ANMITSU and Matcha Mochi Waffle are must-haves. Both priced at $8, they were the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal.To wash it all down, don 't forget to try the RAICHI FLOWER cocktail. It was a refreshing blend of flavors and priced at $15 during happy hour.Overall, my experience at Bushido with their new happy hour menu was outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable with the 25% discount, and the quality of the food and drinks was top-notch. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was attentive. I highly recommend giving Bushido 's happy hour a try, you won 't be disappointed!"

"They forgot the noodles. The food was good but I think I got the clean up crew. I arrived 1 hour before closing it seemed like they are under staffed but the server did not seem like they were very busy like they did not really know that they were doing. My suspensions were confirmed when it took them 30 minutes to bring me my food , you may think that is responsible but you cook the food on a hot plate they just bring out the ingredients!!!! Witch is pretty cool. Also did I mention the server did not speak English very well witch is a when you are at a novel restaurant like this one and it is unclear how to make the food and the waiter can't explain it to you because he doesn't speak English very well. Any way were was I, oh yes the noodles, after getting the food and started it cooking I realized the meal was supposed the come with noodles you know one of the biggest parts of the meal. Then after they forgot the noodles I thought they might have forgotten something else so looking at other people's tables I realized they also forgot the extra flavorings that you add to the soup. After figuring out what the server was supposed to do myself I went to the bathroom and they were using the bathroom as storage for cleaning supplies this may or may not be bad in it self but it is low class for an establishment this expensive. "I recently tried to go Wooden Ladle Noodle Shop a few times after a family member from this restaurant in another place looked so good that I had to try. I tried the Poke chips with tuna tars both times. The first time I got it as listed on the menu and found it delicious, but much too sharp for my taste. So much that I went through 2 3 big glasses of water while I ate it because it was so spicy. The chips it comes with are really good. They are thinner than normal tortilla chips, and taste as if they are fried Winton wrappers. Unfortunately, the chips are too thin to place the poke like you a salsa, so you need to use a Utensil to place the poke on the chip, but they taste great. The order comes with much more chips than you need, but don't worry, they're addicted so you don't have a problem to finish them. For my second order, I tried to see if I asked after the sauce on the side to try to limit the wort. That worked and let me dip the tuna into the sauce that was still very spicy. I wish she offered a second sauce option that was not so sharp, but until then I will order the sauce on the side for diving. Although I was not immersed in these two occasions, I have eaten in the past in the restaurant and found the service to be quick and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and simply furnished, but cute. Customers order their food from screens at the entrance. This allows you to make sure that the food is ordered exactly as you want it. However, if you are someone who wants to sit down and browse a menu for a while, you can first check the menu online."
