"Today was quite a disappointing experience. I placed an order at 4 PM with my wife. The staff member who assisted us was very pleasant and mentioned it would take around 35 minutes. We were fine with that. However, after 45 minutes, I checked in to ask for an estimated time of arrival, and another staff member simply said our order wasn’t ready yet. I understand they were busy, but it would have been more considerate to give us an honest estimate, like informing us it could take an hour. Since we didn’t get a clear timeframe, my wife and I left with just two drinks for which we paid $19—no food at all. I don’t think I’ll order from this establishment again. They really need more space and staff to meet demand. Honestly, it would be better to just use a delivery app."
