"Generally don't leave bad reviews, but this seems important to do for the community.The food is on par with other Wing Stops, which is good! Albeit a relatively simple task to deep fry a wing and coat it in sauce, it was alright. But the service is incredibly embarrassing. I walked in to order and waited a half hour for food, only to see about a dozen other orders made completely wrong, myself included. I ordered 10 wings with 2 flavors, I got 6 with 2 DIFFERENT flavors. Notified them, only for them to give me 4 more wings, but with 2 wrong flavors again. Not sure how you could... mess it up in the span of 2 minutes like that, but here we are.The employees were on another planet, I'm assuming they weren't very sober, and/or incredibly sad. Idk what to say... they need a manager on staff or something, because I would just shut down the location if it was that embarrassing again. Go to the one Hurstbourne."

"First-time impression: the store was clean, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a certain idea of what to expect, but my experience far exceeded those expectations. The food was delicious; the wings were not greasy at all, and the veggies were fresh and crisp. The sauces—mango habanero, original, and garlic parmesan—were excellent. Although we don’t eat wings often, Wingstop will definitely become a part of our regular rotation for a nice change. Highly recommended!"

"I did a phone order today. A lady took my order I believe her name was Genisis . She hung up on me mid order. I had to call back to complete my order. When I went to pick up my food, I tried to confirm what I had ordered because she seemed to be talking really fast on the phone and I wanted to make sure it was right. She cut me off and just told me what the total was. So I paid. Then I got my food, I went to one of the tables to double check. She walked up to me as if I was in her way. So I just grabbed the bag of food and left. Then I got home and realized my food order was wrong. Terrible service and even the cheese fries which was one of the only things that was correct only had about a Tblsp of cheese??? Why did I just pay so much extra for that? Only about 4 of the fries had cheese on them. Very disappointed."
