"I want to start by saying that Noodles & Company is actually quite good, and I really enjoy their food. The portion sizes are just right—never too much or too little. However, I'm deducting one star from my rating because during my recent visit, I attempted to order a specific item from the menu, only to be told that I couldn't unless I was a member of some Noodles & Company group. It may sound odd, but I was genuinely set to order it and was informed that it wouldn't be available for another two weeks. If I had been part of this mysterious "noodles cult," I could have gotten it right away. So, due to that experience, I'm giving them one less star, but otherwise, the food is quite good."
