"The food is amazing.The server was great, very personable but only speaks Italian or Spanish so if you know, you know ?. The owner comes to take the orders and can be charming.Honestly if they didn't have the pizza service at the front it would be a much better restaurant atmosphere experience but with the amount of guests dining, I don't think they could servive without the pizza business I am a fan of it for on the go delivery.Altogether one of the few places left in the neighborhood that gives great food service at a great price.Don't sleep on Gaudio, they are worth it"

"I had the breakfast sandwich and added sausage. I did not upgrade the bread because the regular bread was still their homemade bread. Unfortunately this turned out to be wheat bread I think, which I'm fine with, but it lacked flavor. The eggs themselves were weird as their consistency was strange. It's as if they were not fresh scrambled eggs but rather out of a box. They had 0 seasoning in them and I mean 0. The sausage was very good. The French press coffee was also excellent. The service was spectacular. The two ladies working make me want to return and try again. The ambiance is cute inside but there is no sitting inside there is a tent outside underneath which you sit. They have what appeared to be a homeless person cleaning the area up and then they gave him a free breakfast. I also really appreciated that which also makes me want to try it out again. If I was just eating the sandwich I would have given the place only 1 or 2 stars. I have hope for their pastries and fresh bread."

"I'm really disappointed with my experience at Ramuntos. While I know that different locations can vary, this one was probably the worst I've visited. The space is very small, and the pizza slices were barely topped—I'm not even sure there was any cheese on it. Plus, they charge a premium for it. Maybe their fried foods and dinner options are better, but I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on their pizza slices. On top of that, the staff seemed indifferent to customer satisfaction, whether you're ordering takeout or just a couple of slices."

"I agree with the owner and his son's attitude towards customers—it's quite off-putting! The food is really good, but the son's attitude is extremely frustrating. He acts like you're lucky to be served, giving off a strong sense of entitlement. I wish someone would open a franchise in Eugene so we wouldn't have to return to that place! It's a shame because the food is excellent, but I really dislike spending my money at a place with such poor customer service."
