"This inn used to be excellent but it has declined in quality. My spouse and I visited for our wedding anniversary and ordered the Lobster special, a 1 1/2 lb. lobster dinner for $29.95. The price was a bit high for us, so my parents gave us a gift certificate. The dinner salad was mediocre, and the dinner rolls were tiny. The entree looked good, but the broccoli was overcooked, the baked potato seemed old, and the lobster was incredibly chewy and rubbery. I had to spit out most of the tail because it was so tough. When I complained to the waitress, she laughed and did not address the issue. Despite my blunt feedback, we received no apology or discount on the check. It was a disappointing experience, and we ended up going to my mother's house for a meal instead."
