"This place has gone drastically downhill since it changed owners from Porcos. The new owner needs a better understanding of customer service. A group of 4 of us ordered 4 sandwiches at 12:40pm. We left there at 1:26pm. They completely forgot our order during the lunch rush, which honestly is fine. It happens! I wish they noticed earlier than 30 mins into the order. However, again, it's fine! But then to be spoken to so rudely by the owner, no apology, an excuse as if they didn't forget. All our sandwiches were then rushed, two were wrong and the panini wasn't even cooked. Any other deli would have said the forgot, apologize and offer taking care of a sandwich or something."
