"There are many Mexican restaurants on South Sante Fe in Vista but this one is by far my favorite. Corn quesadillas, corn gorditas, chicken tacos... everything is good here. I've been going here for 15+ years and have never been disappointed. The rice AND the beans are great. Always friendly staff too."
