"On our next visit, we ordered the queso fundido, which was decent, but the tortillas were fantastic. We also had an excellent sweet potato dish and a flower cauliflower dish that was equally impressive. I was thoroughly impressed, especially since I can be a picky eater. The portions are generous enough to share.
As for the steak, it was very good, but one of my friends ordered the pork, which I plan to try next time. Again, the portions are ample for sharing. I know this restaurant can be a bit pricey, but they really make use of ingredients like sweet potatoes and cauliflower. Honestly, spending fifty dollars for a large, delicious steak is standard at most restaurants, and here the portions are more than enough to share.
I highly recommend giving this place a chance. The food is really good, unique, and the ambiance in Silverado is wonderful. You can't ask for more than that!"
