"I redeemed my reward points for a free shake and fries. Unfortunately, my online order did not go through, so I had to place my order in person at the restaurant. Only $3 off reward was credited to my bill. My children's chicken nuggets meal only came with 1 1/2 nuggets and the other container was only 3/4 full. Overall, it was not a good experience."
