"First and last time at this location. I ordered over the phone BBQ wing ding combo, catfish combo, and rib and wing combo. I requested all flats, but the person said they can't do all flats. I said, ok, well how about more flats than drums, he said he still couldn't do it. I said no big deal. I then requested extra butter on the potatoes. He then tells me my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I get there in 15 minutes, my order is ready. At this point, I am impressed. I live 7 minutes away. Got home, immediately went to eat, my food is at room temperature. On top of my food being room temperature, the BBQ sauce is on the wings like someone poured ketchup on fries, and they gave me damn near all drums, and looked like no butter on the potatoes. I had to warm all my food up in the microwave, and the wings were way overcooke. Like if I got there early, I would think the food would be piping hot. I believe they gave me an order that someone never picked up. So yeah, first and last time at this location."
