I'm not sure if there's a new chef, but this dish shouldn't have been served, especially for $17. The plantains were burnt, and the yuca was either overcooked or had been sitting out all day—I couldn't tell, but it was inedible, and I definitely didn’t want to risk losing a tooth trying to chew it. I added a star for the customer service, but if this is the new standard, I won't be coming back."
