"Sirach is a great host/cashier man. I believe it was Ahmad on fryer station today this afternoon. I’ve had plenty of sandwiches from ahmad and I’m not a fan of his quality control. To begin , The brioche buns were dry like if they were 4 days old or more and left out to oxidize. I know they order the bread often, ensuring freshness. The chicken has gotten smaller and flatter inside the sandwich. My spicy chicken was dry inside…. What a shame. I’m coming only in the morning when my buddy/chef Gustavo makes all the food with love. I love the spicy sandwich and Thai tea !! Check it out!"
