"Great authentic bagels...but do yourself a favor and do not order online. Got 5 out of the 6 bagels I ordered in the bag. My sandwich had cheese on it when it did not mention cheese online (but once I got inside I saw the menu that mentioned there was cheese on the sandwich). Worst part was I ordered for pickup, showed up on time I casually jumped the line to the front assuming that's where I had to go. Cashiers are young and couldn't hear a word they said they'll just stare at you without saying anything lol!Anyway my food wasn't done yet so I waited to the side..as I watched lines of people walk in and get their food before mine who did not order in advance. 15 minutes passed I go to check on my order and they're like oh it's been done...Long story short manage your expectations. Do not order online. Just walk in and you'll have a better experience. The food is actually good it's a shame I had a bad experience."
