"It had been a while since we last visited Evans Prairie, so when our neighbors suggested going out to dinner, we decided to give it a try. My wife made a reservation earlier in the day and when we arrived at 5:45 PM, we only had to wait a few minutes for a table to clear up. Our waitress, Melanie, was quick to take our drink orders and then our food orders. The restaurant had a special dinner menu where you could get 2 meals for $30, which was a good deal compared to the regular prices. We all decided to go with the special menu options. While we waited for our food, we were served warm buns to munch on. The timing of our food delivery was just right. The shrimp guacamole bowl I ordered had a nice spice to it, although the rice was a bit dry. My wife and our friends also enjoyed their meals - my wife had the butter fish with rice, capers, and broccoli, while our friend had the shrimp teriyaki with mushrooms, pea pods, peppers, and water chestnuts. Overall, we had a satisfying dinner with good service and well-paced meal delivery."
