"We were in the area on our way home from a beach vacation and had Giovanni's for the 1st time tonight. Our family of four were all satisfied!! My hubby loved the steak sandwich. We also had a cheese pizza, wings and the lasagna. Even the price was great. It all hit the spot. Thanks so much for the great meal."

"I recently visited this restaurant with a friend and ordered the vegan pizza. However, I had a bad experience as they mistakenly gave me real pepperoni on my pizza. When I returned it, they made me a new one but this time, it had real bacon bits on it which I did not even order. I informed them politely about their mistake and they made me another pizza, but I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. The location I visited was not up to par with their vegan options, but I have had a better experience at the restaurant in the Heights. Their pizza is delicious and they have never made any mistakes with my order."

"Happened upon this place and was so happy. It's way better than any of the national chains with better quality and taste. Best of all, this location has halal pepperoni for those of us who can't eat regular. Walked in with the intention of a veggie pizza and walked out so happy with a pepperoni pizza. They also have gluten-free crust and vegan cheese options which makes it a dream for dietary restrictions!!! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and cauliflower crusts available. "Lunch Special! What a fantastic meal, and it's one of my favorite spots to visit whenever I'm in the area. My family has been enjoying pizza from this place since I was a child, and they're still going strong. The pizza is consistently excellent, and the Greek salad is one of my top picks. The staff here is always friendly. As I mentioned, the lunch special is an amazing deal for around $10—you get a personal pizza, a salad, and a drink. I highly recommend it!"

"If they say 40 to 55 minutes, do yourself a favor and just order from somewhere else to eat. 1 hour and 40 minutes is ridiculous to wait for a delivery order. We called at the 1 hour and 15 minute mark and where told that it had just gone in the oven, we ordered it at 8pm. I understand the time we are in with labor shortages and what not, but next time just be honest and say that your backed up and it 's going to be way over the stated time. Unless our order was just overlooked, we will never know. Not a call or discount from the manager, but we were told by the delivery guy that they were aware of the delay whatever that means."

"While the pizza and the wings are delicious, it's ridiculously AWFUL ordering from this place. Of the 4 times I have ordered from this place, not once has it taken less than 20 minutes to ORDER a simple pepperoni pizza.There is not a high volume of calls, and I have only been placed on hold once, however the girl taking orders is terribly long winded. On top of her talking ridiculously slow she asks the same questions 4 times although she has already confirmed your address and name and number she feels the need to have you repeat it a fifth time (even if it's just a simple single pepperoni pizza. . Even when you tell her that your order is complete she feels it's necessary to ask you 6 more times if you would like wings or drinks. Then she tries to insist you give an amount to tip for the driver before she even gives you at total for your order. She asks if you would like to pay cash or card however, refuses to accept cash anytime of the day. She has seriously convinced me to start ordering from Papa John's instead."

"The pizza was great with a really good gluten-free crust. I tried it first and it was delicious. I loved that they offered 3 different types of olives. The woman I was with got a small size pizza which was perfect for her. She ordered the regular crust and thought it was really good. We also ordered 2 small salads which were tasty. They also provided plenty of olives to go along with our meal. The house-brewed beer was excellent too. Ordering online was a bit of a hassle as the introductory voucher they offered didn't work, but after calling them directly, they quickly resolved the issue and honored the voucher. We placed our order over the phone and the pizzas were ready for pickup in no time. Overall, it took about 20 minutes from ordering to receiving our delicious pizzas. The cashier was also friendly. This is a nice local pizza place and it seems like there are a few locations so it's worth checking if there's one near you."

"Roland, the cashier, is quite possibly the best I’ve ever encountered. He was fantastic and exceptionally skilled. He assisted me with everything I needed and even offered to help me carry my new 50-inch TV into my home. All I had to do was give him $100. Honestly, I want to visit this place every day. He’s one of the nicest cashiers I’ve ever met. Everyone else just pales in comparison. Plus, he’s very strong and charming. If the manager comes across this, I believe Roland deserves a raise."
