"My experience at this restaurant was horrible and the waitress was not really interacting with my family and I we were there trying to celebrate my sister’s birthday and I never been to a restaurant where you had to pay for the service ahead of time and I seen that we were the only table that had to do it and we still didn’t complain about it just continued to enjoy my sister’s birthday and when the food arrived the chicken was burnt and we all ordered different flavors and they all taste sweet not honey garlic and lime,sriracha and buffalo chicken voodoo also they all tasted burnt and not really what we ordered the shots we ordered were the most expensive one I asked if we could get the happy hour ? and was told I was served the 15 dollar tequila shots already and I ordered two tequila sunrise and three hurricanes we were just trying to support the business it was different experience but we were treated like we didn’t belong in there and we ordered gumbo but it was mostly rice and celery and green pepper I wouldn’t recommend anyone to accept any treatment like we did and we all are very well mannered and working young ladies"

"I would rate this restaurant 3 stars because most of the dishes we tried were lacking in flavor, except for the burger. The burger was outstanding, though we were surprised by its spicy kick—unfortunately, we had ordered it for our kids, and they found it too hot for their taste. The chicken was crispy and served hot, but it lacked seasoning. The red beans and rice were satisfactory, but the Boudin balls had an unusual taste, reminiscent of Grape Nuts cereal. Overall, it felt like everything could have used a little salt or some extra seasoning to enhance the flavors."

"We had a delicious prime rib dinner during our first visit to this restaurant, but the second time around, the main dish was disappointing. The prime rib dinner cost $30 each. The quality of a restaurant often relies on the chef, and it seemed like a different chef prepared the meal during our second visit. The salads were overly generous in size, and smaller portions could be offered at half the price. It's unfortunate to see food go to waste, especially considering that many people in America do not have access to a good meal every day. The waitstaff were friendly and provided excellent service."

"The chili dogs here are amazing! However, like many things these days, they're a bit pricey at $3.09 each. I remember thinking they were expensive at $2.50, haha. It’s not that this place charges more than others; it just feels like everything is a bit overpriced these days. Still, it’s a great little business, and I think it’s worth spending money here compared to bigger chains like Wendy’s or Culver’s."

"The food is fantastic, but we had an issue when we tried to bring friends down last weekend. We called to confirm that you were open, but the number was disconnected. Assuming you were closed, we decided to go somewhere else. Later, when we passed through Dongola again, we found out that you were indeed open, but the sign displayed a different phone number. It might be a good idea to update the number on your Facebook page."
