The owner engages in friendly conversation while you wait for your food to be freshly prepared. Her shrimp are never overcooked or gritty; they’re always delicious. In the five years I’ve been coming here, I’ve only had one incorrect order, which was very recent. She addressed the issue immediately without any fuss and apologized for the mix-up, making sure I didn’t feel bad for pointing it out. I was even apologetic for the mistake! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. I drive from Schenectady to Burnt Hills whenever I crave an egg roll or shrimp fried rice because the quality of the food and the outstanding service demonstrate true appreciation for your business. I absolutely love this place! Try it out before she retires, as she’s mentioned she’s getting a bit tired. This restaurant truly offers excellent value for fresh food, courtesy, and respect."
