"The general chicken was tough and overcooked, and the hot and sour soup was cold when we picked it up. We've dined here frequently over the years, but it seems to be deteriorating. There are now better options nearby, so there's really no reason to put up with this place anymore. Additionally, I feel like the kid working here, who seems to be the owner's son and has been around since he was 7, is not very friendly. It's also quite off-putting to be asked to tip on a takeout order. Overall, I would rate the food a 2."
