"I had a terrible experience yesterday at Atul Purohit Garbha. They have definitely lost my business. There was no empathy for people waiting in line for over an hour. It was a shame to see people leaving to eat elsewhere while Atul Purohit Garba was the partner. The event was poorly organized and mismanaged, with people waiting in food lines for more than an hour. The kitchen couldn't keep up with the small crowd and there were no efforts to speed up service. The counter staff was taking their time, eating samosas and allowing their friends to cut in line. Despite there being only 20-25 people in line when we joined, we waited over an hour to reach the counter and purchase food tickets. Some people were insensitive, cutting in line or placing orders for others waiting. I had to call out a few people who were placing orders after receiving their tickets, causing delays at the food counter. After waiting for over an hour, we left without placing an order. I have been attending Atul Purohit Garba for a long time, but have never experienced such mismanagement. I am not sure who organizers Hemanth and Jayesh Mehta are, but they should not be hosting any more events. They are wasting people's time and money."
