"There is something about small little sandwich shops like this that are so good. Walked in and was the only in there which always raises my suspicious, especially near lunch; however, a few minutes after I ordered, there was a line out the door! Now that's telling you something.I ended up with a bacon/cheeseburger that was just amazing. The staff was friendly and quick with the order. My only regret is that I don't work closer to this place so I can support it more~!"

"I was researching the JFK assassination, and checking Lee Harvey Oswald 's escape plan. I walked around one mile, then I needed a break. Triball All Day Cafe was located in the Bishop Art District where Japanese call it Yokocho which refers to the narrow streets packed with restaurants, bars, and eateries tucked away in Japan 's busy streets. I ordered coffee although it was so hot outside. Of course, the inside was very chilly due to AC. I ordered the cheapest coffee for $4.33. It was much much higher than Starbucks. It was Okay. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I added $2 tip, I paid $6.33! Anyway, the Art Bishop is a very friendly and relaxing yokocho in the Oak Cliff area!"

"If I could give this place no stars I would. Worst customer service experience I have ever seen. I'm a favor driver as I went to go pick up food for a customer today. I ordered over the phone. The customer didn't know the different sides he could get but in the beginning he just said potato chips cause he didn't know what else there was. When I arrived at the store I asked the lady what was the different side choices. She rudely told me I already ordered potato chips and I couldn't change it. I asked her why I couldn't change it. She said once it leaves the kitchen it can't be changed. I told her that I didn't see the problem and if I had too I would just add onto it. She told me again that she wasn't changing it and she would go get the chef so I could talk to them. In the meantime im texting my customer the different choices of sides. The chef comes out and was very nice and told me she would just add to it and throw it in there for me.Great customer service from the chef. I said ok and thanked the nice lady and said I would let her know what my customer said. The customer ended up sticking with the potato chips. I over hear 2 ladies in the back talking about the situation and one of them says do I need to go out there and handle it. I have never been somewhere and treated with so much disrespect. None of them should have a job. I told the lady it wasn't a big deal to change something out if that was the case and she was making a scene for no reason. She then commented and told me that there was always a problem with us (favor). That we could never get anything right. I told her I would never be back to the store and she was the problem. This is not the end of this as I will further speak with the manager or owner tomorrow."
