"I was layed over in Jessup and found this place doing a google search for sushi and figured I'd give it a try. I have critiqued and reviewed Sushi restaurants all over the country and these are my thoughts. Small quaint place hidden in a strip mall, doesn't really stand out unless you know its there. Was seated quickly and brought both all you can eat and alacart menus. I chose the all you can eat. Although not the full selection of rolls there was still plenty to choose from. The Red Snapper, White Tuna and Salmon sashimi all had excellent texture and flavor. I feel the sushi could have used 1/3 less rice but that's just my opinion. All the rolls I ordered provided excellent presentation and flavor. Some seemed a bit heavy on the rice but again, just my opinion. Over all had a great experience and will be back when I'm in the area again."
