"The Cheesecake Factory features a beautifully designed interior with warm colors, colorful glass lamps, decorated pillars, and stenciled details that create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. I have tried fish and chips at many places, and so far, I would rate the Cheesecake Factory a perfect 10 out of 10; it’s the best I’ve had. Although I don’t eat meat, I do enjoy fish and also follow a vegetarian diet. However, I was disappointed during my recent visit when my husband and I wanted to order the mushroom soup, only to find out that it is only served on Tuesdays. I felt this was unfortunate, as I can’t wait until then to enjoy it—it's the best vegetarian soup I've ever had! I would love to see more delicious options like the mushroom soup available on the menu more frequently."

"Memorable Birthday Celebration with Delicious Pasta! We chose the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was a delightful experience overall. The ambiance was perfect for the occasion. We started with the crab wontons, which were quite good, and the rice with orange chicken, which were okay. However, the standout dish of the night was undoubtedly the pasta—it was unbelievably delicious, an absolute must-try! We also indulged in their desserts, which were fantastic. Moreover, the service was commendable; our waitress was kind and attentive throughout our meal, enhancing our dining pleasure. Overall, it was a memorable celebration, largely due to the outstanding pasta and the pleasant atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back for more of that incredible pasta!"

"I must give 5*s because our server. Sheldon, was great! I wanted to give 4* because the hostess, while friendly, didn't seem to care that we arrived 20 minutes early for our reservation- I had called and said we were arriving sooner than expected, and was told to just come in and let them know. Did that and was told it would be about 20 minutes before we got seated, which would have been fine, because of original res at 3:30. 15 minutes later, having gone twice to host stand, a young guy said it would only be 10 minutes more, just waiting for our table to be cleared. So this guy made sure we finally got seated. Thank you for that. Our server, Sheldon, was great, as stated before. Attentive but not overly so. Received refill just before I finished my Coke. Food was great! Hot, fresh, tasty! Expensive- so come prepared!"

"Really good for a chain restaurant!. Well, my son said it best the last time we were here Cheesecake Factory is an over achiever! Boy, did he ever hit the nail on the head. The pages and pages of selections is truly overwhelming. I've been here about 4 times and have never been disappointed. The lettuce wraps are as good, if not better than PF Changs, the fried mac and cheese is pure evil, the lemon salmon was fresh and lightly lemony....I could list everything I've ever eaten here and not one complaint about the taste. The cheesecake is to die for also although we always take it to go because we are too full! I wish I could remember the name of the server I had the last time I was here he may have been the best server I have ever had. He went above and beyond with his prompt service, recommendations and just overall pleasant attitude! <br/ <br/ My only complaints are that the martini's are way too expensive at $11 a pop, but they are good. I'm sure everyone knows about the wait times. This is not the restaurants fault that they are so popular, but I don't see how people will actually wait for 2 or more hours to eat dinner. Poor planning on their part!"

"I am only giving three stars because of the experience I had when waiting for my table. I had a reservation and checked in a few minutes early. I was told that I would receive a text when my table was ready. After waiting for 20 minutes outside I sent my son in to inquire how much longer it would be. He came back and informed me that the very same hostess who had checked us in was claiming that they had no record of us in their system. Needless to say I became quite agitated and went in to resolve for myself and did not like the attitude of said hostess nor the fact that I was then told it would be another 10 or 15 minutes. Luckily a different hostess stepped forward and said she had a table for us and we were then seated in a few minutes. After that, our waitress was terrific as was the food. But, unfortunately, the beginning experience somewhat tainted the rest of the evening."

"This restaurant is absolutely stunning! The dim lighting creates a romantic atmosphere, and the interior columns are exceptionally well-designed. The building has a very artistic appeal. "When we arrived, there were some very loud individuals outside smoking, and one of them looked particularly unkempt, which was quite off-putting. Inside, the ambiance was still reminiscent of a VFW hall, making it feel less family-friendly and more geared towards bar patrons. The burgers were just average; the meat lacked seasoning and flavor. We opted to pay extra to substitute fries instead of the standard chips that come with the burger, but honestly, they weren’t worth the additional cost. For the prices they charge, fries should be included with the burger. The spinach and artichoke dip was also overpriced for what it was and wasn't anything special either. Overall, there’s nothing noteworthy about this place. We won’t be returning—our experience was not worth our time or the nearly $100 we spent. What a letdown!"

"What a magnificent treat!! OMG. My mouth is still savoring the food! And the dessert! Wanted a spur of the moment, late night dessert. My guest and I talked about what was open as a lot of places close earlier. Didn't know there was a Cheese Factory just a few minutes (20 min) away. Soooo glad we decided to come here! At 10pm, we ordered appetizers. I had the quesadilla with chicken. I cannot say enough about the flavor. And the guacamole was a generous portion! I was in guacamole heaven. I can't have caffeinated drinks and ordered a decaf coffee. My goodness! How can I describe how good that decaf was! Usually when served at a restaurant, it lacks gusto...you know, like regular coffee should taste. But here! The taste was so real that I had to ask the server if it really was decaf and was assured that it was. Now, the dessert. That's really want my guest and I came for. Wow, wow, wow! Mango key lime pie was light, airy, not over the top sweet, and the combined flavor or mango and lime was the perfect blend. So so so delicious! Wonderful aromatic tasting coffee, savory appetizer, and a mouthwatering dessert. What a great spur of the moment night! Definitely will come again."

"On my recent visit with a friend, we each ordered our own salads, shared some stuffed garlic rolls and fried zucchini, had a glass of wine, and split a piece of cheesecake—all for just $25! What a fantastic deal. I especially love this Cheesecake Factory because it's located in Victoria Gardens Outdoor Mall, allowing us to take a walk afterward to burn off some of those delicious calories. They even have a nutritional menu available, which we didn't look at, but if you're on a diet, they offer low-carb cheesecakes made with Pralenda—we opted for the Kahlua flavor, and it was amazing!"
