A few days ago, I ordered some Parmesan bites, which we usually enjoy. Unfortunately, they arrived stuck together and hard like crackers, with burnt paper inside. I can't believe nobody checked this before sending it out. I tried to lodge a complaint through the app, but all I received was an offer for a future discount, which was not acceptable—I wanted a refund.
I eventually called the store and spoke to a girl who apologized and assured me that I would receive my money back. Unsurprisingly, I never got that refund. My suspicion is that this happened because I opted to leave a tip in cash at the door instead of my usual 20%. The last delivery was problematic as well; they left it at the wrong house and included an item I didn't order, which I ended up throwing away since I had no idea what it was.
