"Disappointing to say the least. My kids and I were fortunate to not have to wait. But the waiting happened at the table. Almost 8 minutes to have a server say hi, 12/15 until coffee…and I was alone with my 2 young kids..clock it ticking. Kids food came at a great time and per usual. Florentine Benny was yet another over cooked, underwhelming. Tiny poached egg that didn’t run. Avocado with dark spots, and questionable arugula. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to “complain” about this loss poor job since my son was ready to go…since I got my food by the time they were done eating. Going out to eat has become a luxury and I have gotten higher expectations. This is sad. And more sad that I had awful Benedict at a Richmond location too.Do better or just take this dish off the menu… Oh- 2 stars only because I really like their coffee…"
