"My boyfriend, his young daughter, and I took a drive from Galesburg to Keithsburg to dine at the Eagles Nest, a restaurant we visit two or three times a year. It was a busy Saturday when we visited, and we were impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the bartender who seemed to be handling everything on his own. Despite the busyness, he never faltered and did a fantastic job. We visited on March 2nd and were so impressed that we tipped him generously and commended him on his excellent work. We are not sure if he was the owner or an employee, but he truly was an asset to the restaurant. We wanted to extend our gratitude once again and wish him and the Eagles Nest all the best.
