"Wait staff is ALWAYS, short, rude and I’ve witnessed two employees arguing with customers before on Georgia Ave. just called to place an order…. Not only was the woman rude as hell but apparently if your order isn’t big enough I.e $15 wings, $6 mac and cheese, $6 fries apparently isn’t enough. In order to avoid the crazy lines and potential crazy atmosphere that usually ensues I.e standing waiting for 25 min plus, why not avoid the hassle and allow people to order before hand WITH LEGIT CUSTOMER SERVICE! It’s crazy businesses expect us all to spend our hard earned money at places that DONT VALUE OUR STEWARDSHIP!"
