The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was punctual and incredibly helpful. I didn’t have to worry about the food at all during the event. They managed the serving, ensured the food line was always stocked, handled clean-up, and were eager to assist in various ways. Ted is a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with my last-minute requests and budget considerations. This is actually the third event I’ve personally hired Scratch Kitchen for.
